The Japanese Management System

I have not spent time with any Japanese but I have with some chinese people. I do love their mannerism  and not to mention I love chinese food (the food you eat should be halal). Hmm, I was carrying out my research today and I came across these words "Japanese Management System", then I thought to myself this will be interesting. I am familiar with strategic management, however, this is peculiar to Japan. Japan is the 3rd largest economy in the world, thus, I know you will be curious to know about their management system.

Their style of management can be applied to a business. I found out that the reason why Japan excel is because of their hard-work, commitment of their citizens to the company they work for and an education system that delivers highly skilled and self motivated graduates.

After that being said, the Japanese management system encourage businesses to make products that have no fault, using the cost leadership strategy to promote these products. They believe that the best way to strategic success is to utilize human resources to the maximum. In all, the Japanese encourages businesses to focus on growing their market share, to always have long term plans and to always promote innovation and quality improvements. Hope you have gained a thing or two.

Make sure your business is halal. Everything happens according to the will of Allah. Everything should be done deliberately for the sake of Allah. Part of doing something deliberatèly for the sake of Allah means hoping for a reward from Him (in this life and life after death).

Halal is anything lawful Islamically.

Keep checking out my blog daily. Cheers!

Evil: Lekki Central Mosque

Asalam alaykum There are mosques and there are evil places that call themselves mosques, Lekki central mosque is one of those places such an evil place. The so called chief imam Ridwan Jamiu is also fake. A mosque, they have two floors. I  thought women where suppose to be upstairs and men downstairs. Yet, he allowed women to be entering the part where men enter, seeing women and men walking and passing through the same door. Women praying downstairs with no division between men and women. When I asked him about it, he said it is allowed. How is that allowed. Islam does not encourage the mixing of different sexes. Where ablution is done in the female part is sometimes dirty, when you are suppose to do ablution in a clean place. The toilets there were dirty and they face the qibla. Toilets are not meant to face the qibla according to Islamic law. There is one toilet there that did not face the qibla. A pit latrine, which i find odd why would there be regular toilets and one pit latri...

Quran 3:56-59

Asalam alaykum "As for those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe punishment, in this world and the next, and they will have no helpers.   And as for those who believe and do good works, He will give them their rewards in full. God does not love the unjust.”  This is what We recite to you of the Verses and the Wise Reminder. The likeness of Jesus in God’s sight is that of Adam: He created him from dust, then said to him, “Be,” and he was." Quran 3:56-59 Ma salam.
