Getting the best from brainstorming

Hello reader, I hope you are good. Today I decided to carry out a research on brainstorming. Some people know brainstorming is an activity carried out by a group, where members of the group contribute ideas in other to overcome a business challenge. What everyone will not know are the rules to abide by during brainstorming. Here they are:

-All members of the group should be encouraged and allowed to contribute during brainstorming.

-The more the ideas, the better cause at the end of the brainstorming sessions, ideas that are of low qualities can be eliminated, as such do not criticize ideas. Quantity is better than quality during that stage

-Make sure the group members do not divert from the goal of the brainstorming session.

-Crazy and Wild ideas should be encouraged. 

-Ideas should be built upon, one idea could lead to another idea or two ideas could be joined together.

 Everything happens according to the will of Allah (we have freewill and are responsible for our actions). Everything should be done deliberately for the sake of Allah. Part of doing something deliberately for the sake of Allah is hoping for a reward from Him (in this life and the Hereafter).

Asalam alaykum There are mosques and there are evil places that call themselves mosques, Lekki central mosque is one of those places such an evil place. The so called chief imam Ridwan Jamiu is also fake. A mosque, they have two floors. I  thought women where suppose to be upstairs and men downstairs. Yet, he allowed women to be entering the part where men enter, seeing women and men walking and passing through the same door. Women praying downstairs with no division between men and women. When I asked him about it, he said it is allowed. How is that allowed. Islam does not encourage the mixing of different sexes. Where ablution is done in the female part is sometimes dirty, when you are suppose to do ablution in a clean place.The toilets there were dirty and they face the qibla.
