7 vegetables that you should be eating

Hello readers, today I will be writing about vegetables that you should be eating. I have carried out a research for you as usual. Here they are: 

1. Bell pepper
They are generally good for you, however the red ones contains the highest amount of vitamin C which is good for your skin. Bell pepper in general has vitamin E in it. Vitamin E helps many organs in the body function well. It also have some other antioxidants  as well as anti-inflammatory benefit in it.

2. Broccoli
This is one of the best vegetables when it comes to your health. It prevent heart diseases and it is also good for your brain. It has vitamin A which is good for your eyes. It also has a high level of other antioxidants in it. It reduces the risk of developing obesity. It is also good for your digestive system as it is high in fiber. It contains vitamin K which is good for the health of your bone.

3. Carrot
This is also a good vegetable for your health, as it is good for your immune system. It also reduces the risk of having a heart disease. It is also good for your blood pressure. It has vitamin A which is good for your eyes and your bones. Carrot is also good for your oral health. It detoxifies your body and is also good for your skin. It reduces the cholestrol in your body.

4. Kale
It is one of the best vegetables when it comes to your health, if not even the best. It has vitamin A as well as some other antioxidants in it. It has omega-3 fatty acid which is good for your brain. It also contains vitamin K in it. Kale is good for your immune system and your metabolic age. It also contains iron which helps to transport oxygen to each part of your body.

5. Okra
This is a good vegetable as well. It contains vitamin B, iron and fiber. It provides you with vitamin C which is good for your skin. It also contains some other antioxidants. Iron is good for your blood.

6. Spinanch
This is a really good vegetable, it is rich in antioxidant like vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E and some others. It is also rich in vitamin K which is good for the health of your bones. It also have omega-3 fatty acid which is good for your brain. Spinach is also good for your eyes, it strengthens  your muscle and it is also good for your blood pressure.

7. Tomato
It is also a good vegetable, it is a good source of thiamine which is good for your brain. Thiamine also helps release energy into your body. Tomato is good for your stomach. It detoxifies the body. It also has antioxidants like vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E and others. It also contains protein in it.
