Internal Environment



 Hello readers, I hope you are all good. Today, I will be writing aboutt the internal environment of  a company. In a previous article, I mentioned to you that a swot analysis would help you understand the internal environment. Today I will writing about the internal environment.

An internal environment comprises of the elements which a company can control. These elements can influence the decision being made within a company. The elements includes shareholders, financial resources, the human resources, culture, machines/equipments, organisational structure, work processes, missions, objectives and all other factors.  

All Employees should be enforced  to follow all the procedures set by senior colleagues. Employees should effectively and efficiently use the resources made available to them (both tangible and intangible resources). They should follow the hierachy when it comes to the organisation structure. Director and managers should also treat surbodinates well. The culture of the company should enhance growth. Machines and equipments should be serviced regularly.  Wealth should  also be maximized for shareholders. In other words, all these factors should be at an optimal level so as to have a robust internal environment. Thus, contributing to the success of the company.  

 Make sure your business is halal. Everything should be done seeking the pleasure of Allah. Part of seeking the pleasure means hoping for a reward from Him in this life and the Hereafter. Everything happens according to the will of Allah (you have freewill, therefore, you are responsible for your actions).

Halal means anything lawful Islamically.

The Istikharah Prayer

Hello readers , today I will be telling you about the Istikharah prayer. It is a prayer of guidance. When you want to make a major decision in your life, it is best you seek Allah's guidance. You should always pray to Allah to guide you through the right path in your daily activities. Istikharah prayer is recommended for a major decision such as getting married, starting a business and others. How do you perform the Istikhara prayer? Make two rakats (Nafila). During your first rakat, after reciting Surat Fatiha recite Surat Ikhlas, during your second rakat  after reciting Surat Fatiha recite Surat Kaafirun.
