Solar street light

Hello readers, I will be writing about solar street light. While developed countries mostly have street lights, developing countries do not have it every well. So you can imagine how it will be in underdeveloped countries.

Hmmm, we all know what street light is, so I do not need to define that, however, I think not  everyone has heard of solar street light. Well,  solar street light is a type of street light that is powered by solar panels. This solar panels charge rechargeable batteries which make the street light work at night. According to oxford languages, a solar panel is a panel designed to absorb the sun's rays as a source of energy for generating electricity or heating.

There are advantages for purchasing and installing solar street lights, there are also disadvantages. I would be looking at the advantages in this paragraph. Here they are; the energy cost are saved. It doesnt require maintenance as much as the conventional street lights. The operation cost are also affordable. It does not pollute the air. The risk of an accident occuring is limited , this is  because there are no external wires. The life span of a solar street light is way higher than the conventional street light. The solar street light last for 7 years or more while the conventional street light last for 5000 to 8000 hours, which is less than a year. No electricity cost will be incurred as well.

The disadvantages include the following; it is likely to be stolen, however, why do we have cctv? To prevent theft solar street light with cctv should be purchased and installed. The initial cost of the solar street light is high, however, in the long run it will you benefit you better since energy cost would be low as well as the maintenance cost and operation cost. Lastly, the rechargeable batteries used will have to be replaced every 3 to 4 years which is still good because the conventional street light would not last up to a year.

After, looking at the advantages and disadvantages of the solar street light. I will advise the goverment in all countries to install solar street lights instead of the conventional ones.

Make sure the capital used for the purchase and installation of any type of street light should be from a halal source

Everything should be done seeking the pleasure of Allah. Part of seeking the pleasure means hoping for a reward from Him in this life and the Hereafter. Everything happens according to the will of Allah (you have freewill, therefore, you are responsible for your actions).

Halal means anything lawful Islamically.

Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah). May Allah send peace and blessings to Prophet Muhammed (P.B.U.H). Thank you for reading this article. Like this page on facebook. Keep reading this blog regularly. Cheers!

Evil: Lekki Central Mosque

Asalam alaykum There are mosques and there are evil places that call themselves mosques, Lekki central mosque is one of those places such an evil place. The so called chief imam Ridwan Jamiu is also fake. A mosque, they have two floors. I  thought women where suppose to be upstairs and men downstairs. Yet, he allowed women to be entering the part where men enter, seeing women and men walking and passing through the same door. Women praying downstairs with no division between men and women. When I asked him about it, he said it is allowed. How is that allowed. Islam does not encourage the mixing of different sexes. Where ablution is done in the female part is sometimes dirty, when you are suppose to do ablution in a clean place. The toilets there were dirty and they face the qibla. Toilets are not meant to face the qibla according to Islamic law. There is one toilet there that did not face the qibla. A pit latrine, which i find odd why would there be regular toilets and one pit latri...

Quran 3:56-59

Asalam alaykum "As for those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe punishment, in this world and the next, and they will have no helpers.   And as for those who believe and do good works, He will give them their rewards in full. God does not love the unjust.”  This is what We recite to you of the Verses and the Wise Reminder. The likeness of Jesus in God’s sight is that of Adam: He created him from dust, then said to him, “Be,” and he was."
