Different styles of management to be used to implement changes

Hello readers, today I will be writing about how to implement changes. At times businesses do not perform well the way they envisaged they will, when that occurs, a change might be required in the business. To make the change possible, different styles of management could be used. Here are a few

- Managers can get employees to be involved in the creation of a new strategy for the business (all creations belong to Allah (S.W.T, Glory be to Him, the Lord of the Exalted Throne)). This is because employees could resist the change and make it difficult for it to be implemented. However, when they become part of the change by contributing to the new strategy, they will be motivated to accept it easily, thus making the whole process smooth.

- Another method that can be used to implement changes is to delegate duties to senior employees like deparmental heads. Delegation will revolve around the formulation of the new strategy.

- Another way changes can be achieved in an organisation is by educating the staff about the change. Letting them know the reason behind the change, what goal is desired to be achieved by implementing the change. The way the change will be achieved should also be communicated. That way they could be encouraged to accept the change easily.

- Another way a change can be achieved is for the Head/Owner of the business to just set up the process and tell the employees to follow suit. And make it known that anyone that tries to make the change difficult could be penalised for it.

Make sure your business is halal. Everything should be done for the sake of Allah, part of doing something for the sake of Allah means hoping for a reward from Him in this life and the Hereafter. Everything happens according to the will of Allah (you have freewill, therefore, you are responsible for your actions).

Halal means anything lawful Islamically.

Keep checking my blog regularly. Cheers!

Evil: Lekki Central Mosque

Asalam alaykum There are mosques and there are evil places that call themselves mosques, Lekki central mosque is one of those places such an evil place. The so called chief imam Ridwan Jamiu is also fake. A mosque, they have two floors. I  thought women where suppose to be upstairs and men downstairs. Yet, he allowed women to be entering the part where men enter, seeing women and men walking and passing through the same door. Women praying downstairs with no division between men and women. When I asked him about it, he said it is allowed. How is that allowed. Islam does not encourage the mixing of different sexes. Where ablution is done in the female part is sometimes dirty, when you are suppose to do ablution in a clean place. The toilets there were dirty and they face the qibla. Toilets are not meant to face the qibla according to Islamic law. There is one toilet there that did not face the qibla. A pit latrine, which i find odd why would there be regular toilets and one pit latrine.

Quran 3:56-59

Asalam alaykum "As for those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe punishment, in this world and the next, and they will have no helpers.   And as for those who believe and do good works, He will give them their rewards in full. God does not love the unjust.”  This is what We recite to you of the Verses and the Wise Reminder. The likeness of Jesus in God’s sight is that of Adam: He created him from dust, then said to him, “Be,” and he was." Quran 3:56-59 Ma salam.

Quran 3: 60-62

Asalam alaykum "The truth is from your Lord, so do not be of those who doubt. And if anyone disputes with you about him, after the knowledge that has come to you, say, “Come, let us call our children and your children, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, and let us invoke God’s curse on the liars.”  This is the narrative of truth: there is no god but God. God is the Mighty, the Wise." Quran 3:60-62 Ma salam.
