Understanding your target market

 Hello readers, today I will be writing about understanding your target market. Basically, before starting your business you must have a target market. Some individuals start a small business without really understanding their target market. To be able to serve your target market appropraitely, you must understand it before even developing your products.

 At first you must identify your target market. So how do you identify your target market? You will just have to think about the people that will most likely benefit from your products. It could a particular age group, it could be a gender, it could be a working class group. It could be the whole market. It could be based on the purchasing power of individuals. Secondary data could also be used to identify your target market by using data of those who make existing products that are similar to yours.

 After your target market has been identified. Mostly you will find information about the size of your industry online. And ofcourse, the market leader will be known cause it will also be online. Well, it will challenging to get some market share from them when you first start your business, so you will look at smaller competitors to have an idea of what your market share will be like at the initial stage of your business.

 A study of ex new entrants of the business market, will also give you an estimate of what your growth in the market will be like. Frameworks like the PESTEL analysis and Porter's five forces could also help.

 Make sure your business is halal. Everything should be done for the sake of Allah. Part of doing something for the sake of Allah means hoping for a reward from Him in this life and the Hereafter. Everything happens according to the will of Allah (you have freewill, therefore, you are responsible for your actions.

 Halal means anything lawful Islamically.

Evil: Lekki Central Mosque

Asalam alaykum There are mosques and there are evil places that call themselves mosques, Lekki central mosque is one of those places such an evil place. The so called chief imam Ridwan Jamiu is also fake. A mosque, they have two floors. I  thought women where suppose to be upstairs and men downstairs. Yet, he allowed women to be entering the part where men enter, seeing women and men walking and passing through the same door. Women praying downstairs with no division between men and women. When I asked him about it, he said it is allowed. How is that allowed. Islam does not encourage the mixing of different sexes. Where ablution is done in the female part is sometimes dirty, when you are suppose to do ablution in a clean place.The toilets there were dirty and they face the qibla. Toilets are not meant to face the qibla according to Islamic law. There is one toilet there that did not face the qibla.
